2. Products

ScopeClip sells wearable stethoscope clips and related accessories. We attempt to display product colors, materials, and details as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that your device’s display will show colors accurately.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, and we will notify you if this happens.

Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout where required by law.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order through the Website is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or to limit order quantities, for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with payment.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This confirms we’ve received your order — it does not guarantee product availability or acceptance until the order ships.

Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor(s). By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store complete payment card information on our own servers.
